Implant-retained overdentures

For patients who want dentures that stay put, dental implants can anchor snap or slide attachments that hold the denture securely in place.

Just two implants can greatly reduce the floating and shifting of a lower denture. More implants mean more holding power: with four or more per arch, both upper and lower dentures become much more secure. On an upper denture, four implants usually let us leave the roof of the mouth uncovered, using a horseshoe-shaped design instead.

It is our most popular full-arch option because of its value: patients are much happier with their dentures, at roughly half the cost of a fixed, full-arch prosthesis.
