What dental benefit (insurance) administration companies do you participate with?

Delta Dental Premier, Wellmark Blue Dental, and Principal.

I have another benefits provider and they say I am in network at your office?

Previously, Aetna, Ameritas, Physicians Mutual, and nine other companies utilized a loophole that allowed them to piggyback on the Principal dental network. This piggybacking is only legal in 20 states. We ended our participation with this loophole arrangment on January 7, 2024. We have reached out to these companies and they continue to publish and provide bad information, and pay us based on a non-existant contract.

What kinds of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards, cash, & check payments.

Do you offer financing?

Our office works with CareCredit, which is a credit company specializing in health care costs. We do not provide financing ourselves.

Can I set up a payment plan?

If arranged ahead of time, we may be able to spread part of your payment over three months time.

Do you offer senior discounts?

We do not offer senior discounts.

When is payment due?

Payment is due when treatment is rendered unless other arrangements are made in advance. For multistep procedures that incur a laboratory bill, we do ask for 50% down before your case is sent to the laboratory.

Do you offer a membership program?

Our office does not administrate a membership program.

Can I pay my bill online?

At this time, our office does not offer online bill payment.

Do you accept state insurance programs?

We do not, this includes the State of Iowa's Dental Wellness Plan (DWP) whether administered by Delta Dental or MCNA. This program was formerly known as Medicaid or Title XIX.
