- What kinds of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards, cash, & check payments.
- Do you offer financing?

Our office has partnered with CareCredit to provide financing to our patient. CareCredit is a credit company that specializes in health care costs. We do not provide financing ourselves and receive no commission from your use of CareCredit.
- Can I set up a payment plan?

If arranged ahead of time, we may be able to spread part of your payment over three months time.
- Do you offer senior discounts?

We do not offer senior discounts.
- When is payment due?

Payment is due when treatment is rendered unless other arrangements are made in advance. For multistep procedures that incur a laboratory bill, we do ask for 50% down before your case is sent to the laboratory.
- Do you offer a membership program?

Our office does not administrate a membership program.
- Can I pay my bill online?

At this time, our office does not offer online bill payment. We would be happy to take payment over the phone.
- Do you accept state insurance programs?

We do not, this includes the State of Iowa's Dental Wellness Plan (DWP) whether administered by Delta Dental or MCNA. This program was formerly known as Medicaid or Title XIX.
