Our doctors are in network with Delta Dental Premier and Wellmark Blue Dental.
See the table below for each doctor's networks. We are also happy to
file claims with other insurance companies on your behalf.
What kinds of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards, cash, and checks.
Do you offer financing?
We have partnered with CareCredit, a company that
specializes in financing healthcare costs. We don't offer financing ourselves, and we receive no commission
when you use CareCredit.
Can I set up a payment plan?
If arranged ahead of time, we may be able to spread part of your payment over three months.
Do you offer senior discounts?
We do not offer senior discounts.
When is payment due?
Payment is due at the time of treatment unless other arrangements are made in advance. For multi-step
treatment that involves a dental laboratory, we ask for 50% before your case is sent to the lab.
Do you offer a membership program?
We do not offer a membership program.
Can I pay my bill online?
Not at this time. We are happy to take payment over the phone, in person, or by mail.
Do you accept state insurance programs?
No. This includes the State of Iowa's Dental Wellness Plan (DWP), formerly known as Medicaid or
Title XIX, whether it is administered by Delta Dental, DentaQuest, or MCNA.
