Dr. Andy Stevenson grew up in West Des Moines, graduating from Valley High School in 2008. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Regis University in Denver, Colorado in 2012, graduating cum laude. After graduation, he returned to Iowa to study at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and Dental Clinics, graduating in 2016.
Dr. Andy is a member of the American Dental Association. From 2018 to 2021 he spent each Monday of the academic year at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and Dental Clinics in the Department of Family Dentistry, working with senior dental students as an adjunct clinical faculty member. He still teaches at the University on a substitute basis and lectures on computer aided dentistry topics.
Dr. Andy's practice emphasizes implant restorations, dentures, and full mouth reconstructions. He is particularly interested and involved in using technology to improve predictability and patient outcomes.
Other than teeth, Dr. Andy enjoys skiing, a complicated relationship with running, and just about anything else that involves sunshine.
